In today's world, the rapid penetration of computers and their use in almost every field has increased the need for computer-competent manpower. Starting from this point, our department was opened as the Computer Operator and Technician Department within the Bolu Vocational School of our University in the 1997-1998 academic year, and its evening education started in the 1998-1999 academic year. In the 2010-2011 academic year, the name of our department was changed to Computer Technologies Department, and it continues to provide primary and secondary education services as the Computer Programming Program within the department.
